Gratitude Meditation: In this meditation we use Gratitude as a tool to help us better manage stress. Feelings of thankfulness have tremendous positive value in helping us cope with daily problems, especially stress.
Let Go Visualization: This visualization is to be used to release your emotional attachment of worry from the past and anxiety of the future… on anything in your life that no longer serves you.
The purpose of this visualization is to bring up some of that strong emotional experience now and release it. That way when it is triggered by an external event in the future it doesn’t contain the same charge therefore causing less destruction to your joy and causing less harm in your current relationships.
The Universal Healing Visualization is a general visualization to heal your body at the source, that innate natural intelligence in all of us. Inspired by Dr. David Hamilton’s Quantum Field Healing, the visualization is designed to heal a specific part of the body that may be ailing you or for general full body health and wellness.
Prosperity Builder Meditation: This meditation is an adaptation of the Center for Spiritual Living’s “My Treatment For Prosperity,” an affirmative prayer to attract Prosperity into your life. This prayer is repeated three times and you are encouraged to participate by saying the words along with the recording.
Creating Riches: The intention of this meditation is to help you realize that nothing keeps you from your wealth, that it is not now, nor has it ever been something outside of you.
In this meditation, an affirmation will be stated twice so that you hear it once in full and for you to repeat to yourself.
