Introduction To Goddess Wisdom

The Goddess path to Empowerment with Sacred Feminine Teachings and Practices

The term ‘Goddess’ is often misused in contemporary society. So, what does it really mean to be a Goddess? A Goddess is the feminine expression of the divine, which is Mother Nature and the elements of creation. When a woman connects with the Goddess within, she learns how to be confident in her body, understand her unique strengths and become in tune with her emotions. She has strong powers of intuition and lives in communion with the cycles of nature.

‘The Goddess is rising again after thousands of years of obscurity. The truth is, every woman is a Goddess – once she understands that she’s inherently divine by design. When we make this shift within our psyche, we start honouring ourselves accordingly – in our choices.’
– Tanishka

Understanding and embracing ancient Goddess wisdom in everyday life, the rituals, practices and meditations will help you to get in touch with all the different sides of your feminine psyche, transforming how you see yourself – and other women – and helping you to understand and love who you are.

Lesson 1: ACTIVATING YOUR INNER GODDESS

What images come to mind when you think about a Goddess? You may be surprised to learn that early images of Goddesses featured full-figured women proudly showing off their curves. Physical perfection is not the end goal, move away from self-criticism and appreciate yourself as an organic expression of the divine. Learn about the many forms the Goddess takes and how to support all the different sides of your own inner Goddess.

Lesson 2: EMBRACING THE CYCLES

The life of a Goddess is not linear and sequential but mirrors nature, where everything is cyclic, from the seasons to the movements of the Moon. When we structure our lives with respect for the ebb and flow of natural cycles. Honor our three phases of womanhood, we can ensure all our needs are met – mentally, emotionally, energetically and physically – and every part of our personality can flourish.

Lesson 3: RECLAIMING THE LOST TRADITIONS OF THE SACRED FEMININE

Over time we have lost touch with the rituals that were so central to Goddess culture in the past and women’s sexuality is no longer viewed as sacred. Learn the power of the Spiral Descent path, the Red Tent and other Goddess traditions. When we remember our ancient birth rite of feminine wisdom and revive the accompanying customs, we experience a mystical rebirth and reach new levels of inner knowing.

Lesson 4: WALKING THE GODDESS PATH

The Goddess path involves developing your inner mystic and intuitive – abilities which we all hold but have likely been supressed. Through enacting sacred ceremonies, and nurturing, practising and testing our skills. We can get in touch with our inner knowing and guidance, learning to differentiate them from fear-based thoughts, so that we can operate from our heart. Be truly receptive to life and love, and let our feminine energy blossom.

Lesson 5: TREAT YOURSELF AS A GODDESS EVERY DAY

Look back on the progress you’ve made and all that you have learnt. How can you take this forward after the course? Tanishka sets you reminders and tips for ways to do this and encourages you to treat yourself as a Goddess every day.
