Daily Affirmation – Gratitude

Before going to bed each night, state three things you are grateful for in your life as a gratitude practice.

Without Exception, begin every day of your life with Gratitude.

As you look in the mirror, say,
Thank you, god, for life, for my body,
for my family and loved ones, for this day,
and for the opportunity to be of service.

Daily Gratitude Practice

Consciously call attention to the things for which you are thankful each day.

By focusing on gratitude, we become aware of those things and thus create a shift in our thinking to the positive.

Now… State three things you are grateful for in your life…

I am thankful for …

There is nothing sweeter than feeling grateful while something is happening in the real time.

Take time, in the moment, throughout your day to really appreciate them.
