On Wednesday, February 12, author, speaker, drummer, and music therapist Christine Stevens will share the healing balm of both nature and music — healing sounds inspired by the four elements and created with various instruments, including the drum — in a FREE video event: Music Medicine for Your Soul: Sound Healing With the 4 Elements of Nature.

During this highly experiential hour, you’ll:

  • Receive and express sound as medicine for the body, heart, mind, and soul — feeling into the vibration of what’s needed right now
  • Discover the Music Medicine Wheel as an experiential map for liberating stuck emotions, embodying inner attunement, and connecting with the Divine Creative Impulse
  • Understand how sound creates altered states of consciousness used by shamans and Indigenous cultures — all documented by modern science
  • Experience toning (sounding with your voice) to quickly draw you into a resonance that accelerates your personal mastery
  • Experience a healing sound bath comprised of the sounds of nature’s elements
  • Learn how to use vibration to identify where your body needs healing and tuning in the moment

This music as medicine will be shared with you as a calming sound bath to deeply relax you and guide you to the places in your body where you may be holding stuck energies or emotions — helping you liberate them so you can come home to yourself.

Here Are Some Tips for Living a Beautiful Life!

1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day and while you walk, smile.

2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.

3. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, ”My purpose is to … today.”

4. Live with the 3 E’s … Energy, Enthusiasm, Empathy, and the 3 F’s …Faith, Family, Friends.

5. Spend more time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of six.

6. Dream more while you are awake.

7. Try to make at least three people smile each day.

8. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn, pass all your tests. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.

9. Smile and laugh more. It will keep the energy vampires away.

10. Life isn’t fair, but it’s still good.

11. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

12. Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
